I’m going to be honest with you – I’ve never been a Google Analytics power user. But as I mature as a WordPress expert/web developer/web designer, the more important it has become to have the capabilities to unlock the power of analytics.
With the release of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), I’ve had clients and partners ask me to help them learn how to get the most out of it and help them demystify how to use the new tools. While I am not a data analysist and am not privy to the ways that professional marketers leverage the data that can be collected by GA4, I feel like I’ve gotten to the point where I can comfortably take in a task to create data.
I wanted to record some of my disoveries in the hope that it may help anyone who comes across this post feel like they can get value out of GA4.
This post is in progress. I will be updating it as I continue to learn more tips and tricks with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
